Sean has been with me for two years while I looked for the perfect home. We have viewed countless homes together. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable! He knew exactly what to look for in each house, making sure I made the best decisions when picking my home. He was available 24/7 which was great in such a hot market when you need to view and put an offer on a house within just a few days or it was sold. He got me my current home at a great deal and sold my house for a very great price, even above asking! With him leading the way, my home sold in just two days!

This was the smoothest housing experience my wife and I have ever had! Sean has intricate knowledge in both residential experiences, investment property ownership, renting, selling, AND represented us very well while living out of town. Also, if you think your property isn’t ready to sell, Sean is ready with trusted vendors who do great work to get the property up and running.
Here’s our story:
We were looking at selling our investment property in the fall of 2020. We reached out to a realtor we knew. She was great but was as helpful as she could be with only the perspective of us selling it. When I reached out to Sean, he gave his true perspective and advised us to wait. So, we waited. Fast forward to May of 2022, and the market is looking much better for us. So I reached out to Sean. He did the numbers and basically confirmed what we were hoping for. He even said we could probably get what the market was asking for and wouldn’t even need to go lower. And he was right! On top of all that, he had reliable vendors that ended up doing great work to get the house ready to sell. Sean was honest, and gave his true perspective on what was best for the property! We highly recommend Sean!

I highly recommend Sean!! He helped us find the perfect home to suit our needs and budget. He took the time to get to know a little about us and what we were looking for. He was readily available to answer questions and to show us a variety of homes. Buying a home can be stressful, but Sean made it fun! He’s down-to-earth, yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was upfront about pointing out flaws or areas that needed repair, but also highlighted all the amenities we were looking for. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home, Sean is your guy!

If you want a realtor that truly takes the time understand what you’re looking for, that will be your advocate at every step, and send you dank memes because everyone needs a laugh - then Sean is your guy. We were not first time buyers and has our fair share of “lessons learned” from past experiences, so we were pretty picky looking for a realtor. I met with several before I happened to meet Sean when I requested to see one of his listings. He immediately made me feel comfortable, welcomed questions, and explained differences I could expect since we were moving from out of state then. Of course we checked out the house, but I was more impressed by his level of commitment and follow-up - he checked in a few days later to see my thoughts, see if I wanted to see other properties, and remembered things we talked about. That specific house was beautiful but was not “the one” for us and Sean never tried to pressure us into buying something to make a sale. Sean was very patient and worked with us to explore many different property opportunities before we figured out what would suit us best at this point in our lives. Sean truly enjoys his work and is great at it. I’m beyond grateful that we were able to work with him.

From the moment we met Sean, I was impressed with his vast knowledge of the industry and his own confidence in his abilities as an agent. With Sean’s help, our house was under contract at full asking price within only a few days. However, shortly after our house went pending, the other agent stopped communicating and basically abandoned the deal. Sean pushed forward and did whatever it took to ensure the deal went through. Regardless of any bumps in the road (and there were countless), he always remained calm and professional, and he continually reminded us that he was there to represent us - the sellers. I’m CERTAIN that a less experiences agent would not have gotten this nightmare deal done. Even weeks after our deal was settled, Sean kept in contact with us. When our beloved pet died shortly thereafter, he sent us a heartfelt sympathy card. If you are selling a home, I definitely recommend that you give Sean a call. He is the agent that can get the job done!

My home had been on the market for months through another company. Sean was recommended to me and when he walked into my home, he honestly told me what I needed to do to sell my home. It was a short list of recommendations and it sold within a week. His presentation and professionalism is an art in itself!! Great experience!!

Had my house with another agent for half a year. No guidance, no marketing, no communication. Sean was referred to me by a co-worker. Needless to say, he shot me straight. He had me move all my stuff out (I wasn’t living there anyway), made a big push, and got me a contract in just a few weeks. I’ll never use another agent again. Thanks, man.

I want to start off by saying we interviewed 4 different realtors before selecting Sean. The presentation, personality, enthusiasm, and honesty are what gave us the confidence to choose Sean. We were given tips on presentation which we did without questions because of the confidence Sean had in these tips. First day on the market, FULL PRICE OFFER!
