Below is a quick guide on things my photographers would like to have you complete before their arrival. IMPORTANT: I will do a pre-photography consultation with you regarding staging and decluttering before the photographer is booked.
Real Estate Photography Checklist
The photographs of your home are the most important tool used in marketing the property and making a great first impression. Completing this checklist before the photographer arrives makes the process go smoothly and quickly. Please use this checklist to help you prepare your home for that crucial first impression.

___ Replace all missing or burnt out light bulbs.
