There are almost 1,600 licensed real estate agents in the Lafayette area. Marketing to these agents, regardless of which brokerage they’re at, is important. One of those agents may already be working with a buyer that is searching for a house like ours.
Part of my marketing efforts include communicating to these agents that I have a house for sale…YOUR HOUSE. Some of the ways I blast our house to all the agents include: MLS tools, email, our private Facebook groups, and agent caravans. The path of least resistance is finding the agent who already has our buyer!
